- All US orders ship for free over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee
- International shipping costs will vary by buyer's location. Please contact us for any questions
- All orders ship from the US within 1-3 business days of your order being placed
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 21 days. Start a return or exchange here
- Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for price adjustment
- International orders are not returnable
- Returns are only accepted for items in their original condition. We do not accept returns for damaged or clearly worn items. PantiesandPumps reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards
- Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund
